Small Office Space Design: TCI Project by KNS Archipelago
In today’s fast-paced corporate world, designing a compact office that reflects a brand’s identity while maintaining functionality is a true challenge. The TCI (Trust Certified International) project by KNS Archipelago exemplifies how smart spatial planning and refined material selection can transform a modest 77m² office into a modern, professional, and brand-driven workspace.

Design Concept: Compact Yet Impactful
Though the total area of TCI’s office is relatively small, KNS Archipelago approached the project with one goal in mind — to make every square meter meaningful. The design adopts a modern minimalist concept, characterized by clean lines, warm wood textures, and a balanced color palette of white, grey, and natural tones. This combination creates a sense of openness, calm, and professionalism, aligning perfectly with TCI’s brand image of trust and integrity.
Reception Area: First Impression of Credibility
The reception area sets the tone for the entire office. Using marble stone finishing on the counter and vertical wood paneling on the backdrop, the design exudes both sophistication and warmth. The TCI logo is highlighted with accent lighting, ensuring it becomes the visual focal point. Above, a modern black-framed pendant light adds contrast and depth, symbolizing the company’s bold yet elegant identity.

Meeting Room: Function Meets Focus
The meeting room demonstrates how compact spaces can still feel spacious and efficient. A glass-top meeting table reflects light, enhancing the room’s brightness, while ergonomic black mesh chairs ensure comfort during discussions. The built-in screen and projector are seamlessly integrated into the wooden wall panel, creating a tidy and tech-friendly environment — perfect for client meetings or virtual conferences.

Director & Staff Rooms: Seamless Integration of Storage and Style
In smaller offices, efficient storage design is crucial. KNS Archipelago incorporated custom built-in cabinets that stretch from floor to ceiling, combining white lacquered panels with light oak accents. This not only provides ample storage but also adds visual balance to the workspace. Each director’s desk and staff workstation is designed to be sleek and ergonomic, encouraging productivity while maintaining a clean aesthetic.

Collaborative Work Area: Green and Productive
To enhance well-being and collaboration, the open workspace includes a row of greenery that subtly divides workstations without creating physical barriers. The neutral tones and biophilic touches bring a refreshing energy to the space — an important aspect in modern office design, especially in compact layouts.
Conclusion: Small Space, Strong Identity
Through meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful spatial composition, KNS Archipelago succeeded in creating a workspace that mirrors TCI’s professionalism and trustworthiness. The 77m² office stands as proof that limited space does not limit creativity or functionality. With strategic planning and tailored material selection, even a compact office can become a brand statement.
