Garudafood Prochiz Office Interior Design & Fit-Out in Sumedang
Designing an office is more than creating an attractive workplace. A successful corporate office needs to support daily operations, employee interaction, productivity, brand identity, and long-term business requirements. These principles were applied in the Garudafood Prochiz office interior design and fit-out project in Sumedang, covering approximately 1,370 square meters.
The project combines functional workspace planning with a distinctive visual identity inspired by Prochiz's energetic brand character. Through the integration of workspace areas, collaborative spaces, meeting facilities, management rooms, and employee dining areas, the office was developed as a practical and engaging working environment.
For KNS Archipelago, the project demonstrates how an office interior design and fit-out contractor can translate a company's brand identity into a functional workplace while maintaining the technical requirements of a professional office environment.
Creating a Strong First Impression Through the Reception Area

The reception area is one of the most important spaces in a corporate office because it creates the first impression for employees, clients, and visitors.
For the Prochiz office, the reception area uses a combination of light wood finishes, neutral surfaces, and the recognizable Prochiz brand logo as the focal point. The feature wall incorporates a series of circular openings that add visual rhythm while creating a distinctive architectural element.
The curved reception desk provides a softer contrast to the geometric feature wall behind it. This combination creates a welcoming entrance without making the space feel overly decorative.
From an office interior design perspective, the reception area demonstrates how branding can be incorporated into architectural elements rather than relying solely on signage or graphics.
Flexible Working Spaces for Daily Operations

The main working areas are designed to accommodate different employee requirements while maintaining an organized workplace layout.
Workstations are arranged in a modular configuration, allowing the office to accommodate multiple teams within the available floor area. Mobile furniture elements and workstation partitions provide flexibility while maintaining visual consistency throughout the workspace.
The interior uses light wood tones, white surfaces, and selected accent colors to create a bright working environment. Red elements reflect the Prochiz corporate identity, while softer green and yellow accents introduce additional visual variation.
This approach demonstrates the importance of balancing workspace functionality and corporate branding. Instead of applying brand colors excessively, selected accents are integrated into furniture, partitions, columns, and interior graphics.
Collaborative and Employee Dining Areas
Modern offices increasingly require spaces where employees can interact outside their individual workstations. The Prochiz office incorporates a dedicated dining and collaboration environment that supports informal meetings, lunch breaks, and employee interaction.
One of the key visual elements is the large illustrated wall graphic. The illustration depicts everyday food and social activities, creating a more relaxed atmosphere within the employee area.
Movable tables and lightweight chairs allow the space to be reconfigured according to different activities. This flexibility is particularly useful for offices where the same area may be used for dining, informal discussions, or internal activities.
The use of light-colored furniture and wood finishes also helps maintain visual continuity with the rest of the office.
Corporate Meeting Room Design

Meeting rooms require a different approach compared with open working areas. They need to provide privacy and concentration while still representing the company's professional identity.
The Prochiz meeting room combines a large conference table, ergonomic seating, integrated display technology, and built-in cabinetry. The wood finish creates visual warmth, while the neutral grey wall provides a more professional background.
Lighting is also an important component of the room. Integrated lighting around the ceiling feature provides an additional layer of illumination and contributes to the room's overall atmosphere.
The result is a meeting environment that can accommodate formal discussions, presentations, and internal decision-making activities.
Director's Room with a Professional Character

The director's room follows a more refined design language while remaining visually connected to the rest of the office.
A built-in display cabinet with integrated lighting provides storage and a dedicated area for displaying awards and company-related objects. Light wood finishes cover the cabinetry and wall surfaces, creating a consistent material palette.
The executive desk uses a clean, curved profile that contrasts with the more linear cabinetry behind it. Meanwhile, the combination of neutral walls, warm wood, and selected accent colors creates a professional but approachable environment.
This demonstrates how corporate office interior design can differentiate private executive spaces while maintaining a consistent overall workplace identity.
Translating Brand Identity into Interior Architecture
One of the defining characteristics of this project is the relationship between the Prochiz brand and the physical workplace.
Instead of treating branding as an additional graphic layer, the project integrates brand colors and visual elements into different areas of the office. Red columns, colorful workstation screens, illustrated wall graphics, and the Prochiz logo create a recognizable environment without overwhelming the workspace.
This approach is particularly relevant for companies operating consumer-facing brands. The office can become an extension of the company's identity and culture while remaining practical for employees.
A 1,370 sqm Office Fit-Out in Sumedang
With approximately 1,370 sqm of floor area, the project required careful consideration of space planning, circulation, furniture arrangement, material selection, lighting, and construction execution.
A successful office fit-out project requires coordination between design intent and on-site implementation. Every element, from workstation layouts to feature walls and built-in furniture, needs to work together as part of the overall workplace.
The Garudafood Prochiz project in Sumedang represents an approach where office interior design, branding, functionality, and fit-out execution are integrated into one workplace solution.
For businesses planning a new office, office relocation, renovation, or workplace transformation, the project illustrates how a well-planned commercial interior can support both operational requirements and corporate identity.
